The houses were built in the central part of the resort village of Gonio, at a stone’s throw from the coast. The windows of the apartments offer a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and surrounding mountains. What's around? Gonio's amenities and facilities are primarily aimed at tourists and vacationers. Gonio Residence is surrounded by several hotels and a large selection of cafes and restaurants. The nearest supermarket is the Nikora Supermarket. The village stretches along the coast for about 3 km, so everything is always nearby. How to get around? The distance from Gonio to Batumi, which has much more to offer when it comes to amenities and facilities, is about 5 km while the city center is about 8 km. By car or by public transport you can drive along the E-70 highway to Batumi. Bus routes No. 16, 17, get you also to the international airport, the seaport of Batumi, as well as to Kvariati. Project Features Gonio Residence Gonio is a premium mid-rise development with 12 floors. The use of panoramic glazing allows you to fully enjoy the stunning views of the surroundings. The first floor is reserved for commercial activities. The parking lot is located next to the house, where you will also find the sports field and children's playground. There will also be a swimming pool, a cafe, and a restaurant. Are there apartments for sale? The available apartments range in size from 30 to 76 m2.
