About the project

The Mega Gldani residential complex consists of five buildings, featuring a sleek design and a large selection of apartments. Specialists of the Italian company “Structurama” took part in the design of the complex. It represents a comfortable and calm living environment surrounded by well-developed urban infrastructure. Where is Mega Gldani located? Mega Gldani is located in the northern part of Tbilisi, on 6d Kerch Street. This is a quiet area near the metro and various facilities. What's around? The area is popular, especially among families with children. Nearby are kindergartens No. 89, 169, and schools No. 136, 160, 167. For those who will do the renovation by themselves, the proximity of the large Albatros construction store is a big plus. Metro station "Akhmeteli" is at a distance of 5-7 on foot. Within walking distance, there are also several large shopping centers with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as entertainment venues. Nearby medical facilities include the ambulance station and dentistry Style Smile. Furthermore, there are the Akhmeteli sports complex and the Ahmeteli Drama Theater. What forms of transportation are available? Nearby is metro station “Theater Ahmeteli”, which can be reached in a few minutes. Within walking distance, several bus stops with routes No. 23, 24, 33, 108 run along Kerchenskaya Street. A little over 1 km from is the Gldansk bus station. The Tbilisi Passenger Railway Station is 8 km away. What are the project features? Mega Gldani in Tbilisi is being built using advanced technologies that are aimed at improving the operational characteristics of the buildings, including increasing their energy efficiency. Three-layer thermal insulation is used for the exterior walls, as well as a two-layer for inter-apartment walls, which serves as sound insulation. The facade walls are monolithic reinforced concrete slabs with a relief. After completion of the construction work, the walls are covered with a special protective layer, which guarantees the preservation of their original appearance for at least 100 years. The buildings are connected to all necessary central communications. Each entrance has two elevators. The building is in compliance with high fire safety standards which include the presence of fire escape ladders, smoke-tight doors, and emergency power supply for elevator equipment. The new building will have spacious underground parking, as well as a landscaped courtyard with playgrounds, recreation areas, and bicycle paths. A well-equipped sports field is available for people of different ages. What kind of units are available? Mega Gldani offers not only apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, but also functional duplexes with their own garden. The available apartments range in size from 37–90 m2. The apartments are handed over completely ready for the start of the finishing works. This includes plastered walls, interior partitions, floor screed, risers are installed in the bathroom, and the wiring is brought to the apartment. The apartments have individual gas heating systems. The boiler is located on the balcony and is already connected to the heating system. Who is the developer? Mega Gldani is a project of real estate development company MEGA CONSTRUCTION, which is part of the MEGA HOLDING group. The group also includes MEGA PRODUCTION, the country's largest producer of reinforced concrete structures and other building materials.
