Refund Policy1. General provisions
The platform is operated by SIVRCE GE REALTY LLC (შპს სივრცე ჯი რეალთი), identification code 402379993. Registered 23 September 2026 with the National Agency of Public Registry of Georgia. These terms govern the use of the sivrce.ge platform. The platform is intended for adults (18 or older); by registering on or using the platform you confirm that you are of full legal age, that you have read these terms and agree to comply with them. sivrce is an information platform that connects buyers and sellers of real estate. These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia; disputes arising from them are subject to the Tbilisi City Court.
2. Posting listings
The person posting a listing is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. Posting false prices, non-existent properties, or content infringing third-party rights is prohibited. sivrce reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms. A private seller with 7 or more active listings permanently receives agent status, and all of their listings show as agent; this does not apply to developers.
3. Verification
Verified status is granted to an agent or owner after document review. Verification confirms identity but is not a sivrce guarantee regarding the outcome of any specific transaction.
4. Paid services and refunds
VIP, VIP+ and SUPER VIP packages are paid promotional services that increase listing visibility; when a package expires, the listing returns to standard mode. You may withdraw from a paid service within 14 calendar days of the contract, without giving a reason, by writing to hi@sivrce.ge. This right does not apply to a service already fully performed if, at purchase, you agreed to its immediate start and knew you would lose the right once it was fully performed. For a partly performed service we refund the unused days; unspent balance top-ups are refunded in full. Double charges, and services that failed to start or stopped through our fault, are refunded regardless of the deadline. We refund within 14 calendar days of your request, to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Paid services are received by SIVRCE GE REALTY LLC (identification code 402379993). Pay by card when bank checkout is on, or by bank transfer — beneficiary, bank, SWIFT and IBAN are shown at the payment step.
5. Liability
sivrce is not a party to transactions concluded between buyer and seller and is not responsible for their outcomes. The platform does not guarantee the complete accuracy of information in listings but does everything possible to verify it.
6. Intellectual property
The platform design, logo, source code and content are the property of sivrce. Copying, distribution or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.
7. Changes
sivrce reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the platform. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new version.
