How long can I stay in Georgia without a visa?

How are the days counted?
The period starts on your entry date — the border stamp. The entry day counts, so the last day = entry + 364 (or 89) days. Leaving and re-entering starts a fresh period.
What qualifies for a residence permit?
Buying real estate in Georgia: market value above $150,000 → a renewable 1-year permit; above $300,000 → a 5-year permit. Applications go to the Public Service Hall.
What happens if I overstay?
Overstay carries a fine and shows up on future entries. Before the period expires you can apply for a residence permit; current rules are on geoconsul.ge.
