Architecture Megobroba Jikia is an 11-story building situated on a 4,000 m² plot. The structure is built using earthquake-resistant monolithic frame technology and durable, environmentally friendly materials. The ground floor is reserved for commercial use. The building features a modern architectural design. The façade is clad in stylish, energy-efficient fiber cement panels and other high-quality finishes. Aluminum-framed floor-to-ceiling windows and open balconies with metal railings complete the look. The building is equipped with a full fire safety system, including fire hydrants, extinguishers, gas and smoke detectors. On-site infrastructure The complex features a landscaped courtyard with modern children's and sports playgrounds, as well as dedicated relaxation and walking areas.
