About the project AX Residence is conceived as a precisely engineered high-rise where architectural expression emerges from clear structural logic and refined work with form rather than excessive decoration. The building is based on reinforced concrete frame construction, a technology proven through decades of reliable use. This approach increases structural rigidity and contributes to the long-term durability of the building. The flat roof is equipped with an organized drainage system designed to perform efficiently under varying weather conditions and heavy rainfall. AX Residence is distinguished by its bold and unconventional silhouette. The composition consists of two main volumes: a solid, grounded lower block that visually functions as a foundation, and a pronounced horizontal upper volume that extends far beyond the base. This design creates a sense of motion and visual lightness, giving the impression that the upper structure is floating above the site. The facade is defined by a disciplined rhythm of window openings alternating with deep loggias and balconies. Together, they form a clean, structured grid that emphasizes both the scale of the building and its architectural clarity. The cantilevered upper volume is accentuated by panels with circular elements, introducing a recognizable decorative motif and adding a strong visual accent along the skyline.
