The difference in height between the buildings creates a stepped silhouette when the complex is viewed from a distance: the tallest tower dominates the composition, while the lower buildings form a cascading arrangement around it. The façades are based on a unified sculptural concept. Dark vertical fins curve in a wave-like pattern along the full height of the buildings, creating a textured, almost corrugated surface reminiscent of vertical folds in heavy fabric. This ribbed texture is particularly expressive at the corners, where the fins curve smoothly around the edges instead of meeting at sharp right angles. As a result, the towers lose the appearance of rigid corners and acquire a softer, more streamlined profile.
