General characteristics Opus Signature is being built using reinforced concrete monolithic-frame technology. Construction materials undergo environmental assessment and are selected in line with project requirements. Work is carried out in accordance with applicable construction and technical standards covering structural safety, stability and other key parameters. The load-bearing structure is based on a monolithic reinforced concrete frame. Its technical parameters are calculated according to the height of the buildings and expected intensity of use. Construction follows the approved project documentation and applicable structural requirements. Opus Signature consists of three high-rise buildings ranging from 25 to 40 storeys. The towers differ noticeably in height and proportion. The tallest has a slender silhouette with a gently curved facade, while the other two are lower and broader, with similarly rounded outlines. Open gaps separate the towers, allowing each building to retain a distinct profile while following the same overall architectural language. The facades are defined by frequent horizontal balcony bands. Light-coloured edges extend across the floors in continuous lines, wrapping around rounded corners and following the contours of the buildings. Behind them are large areas of dark glazing. On some elevations, glass occupies almost the full height between floor slabs and is divided into narrow sections by vertical mullions. On the longer facades, the horizontal composition is more pronounced and remains visible from a considerable distance. The lower levels are more transparent, with extensive glazing across the ground floors and tower bases. Light horizontal lines continue upward into the main facade composition. In some areas, the base follows the rounded profile of the tower, while selected sections project outward to create a broader footprint at ground level. Each building has a different roofline. The tallest tower follows the gentle curve of its facade, reinforcing its elongated form. The two neighbouring buildings have more restrained upper sections with rounded corners and smooth light-coloured surfaces. The exterior palette is dominated by white and light-grey horizontal elements, dark glazing and selected warm-toned sections on the lower levels. Architectural lighting runs across the facades and highlights the horizontal balcony lines, lower-storey contours and selected glazed sections. Light is distributed at different heights, emphasising the curved forms of the towers and their differences in scale. Vertical circulation is provided by elevators designed for frequent daily use and the passenger loads associated with high-rise residential buildings. Fire protection systems and engineering equipment comply with current technical requirements. Internal circulation is planned with accessibility in mind. This applies to entrances, corridors, driveways and sloped areas, with routes designed to support movement between the main common areas without unnecessary barriers. The lobbies and other shared areas are designed as part of a separate interior concept. Durable materials are used in areas exposed to regular foot traffic. The design remains restrained, with clean lines, practical finishes and limited decorative detailing. Soft, diffused lighting is used throughout common areas. Lighting levels are selected according to the function o
