The catalog moved to weekly verification — 44 developer websites

From October every catalog row is re-checked against the developer's official site on a rolling schedule: handover dates, prices and construction status. The first sweep surfaced 37 new projects and several new developers; the following 61-domain crawl added 75+ more rows.
