How much does a full 3–4 m² bathroom renovation cost?
With mid-range tile (₾40–60/m²) — ₾4,500–6,500 excluding sanitary ware. Ware (toilet, taps, shower system) adds ₾600–3,000 depending on brand.
Why does waterproofing matter so much?
The floor and the lower wall band at wet points get two coats — it is the only protection against flooding the flat below. An ₾18/m² coat is the cheapest insurance in the whole renovation.
Does mosaic or large-format tile cost the same to lay?
No — ₾25/m² is for standard formats with straight geometry. Mosaic and 60×120 formats add up to 40% to laying labour and are quoted separately.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
